Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

If you are a consumer ordering from Sweden or the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (Lag om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

How to Return an Item

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@lonias.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you wish to return it. We will confirm the return address. The item must be sent back to us within 14 days of notifying us.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. If the value of the item is diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and function, we may deduct this from your refund, as permitted by law.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns under the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. This does not apply if the item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — in that case, contact us and we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item (or proof that you have sent it back), we will process your refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The refund will include the item price and original shipping cost, but not the return shipping cost where the customer is responsible for it under this policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us at info@lonias.com with photos as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement, full refund, or repair at no cost to you, including return shipping.
